Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Inaccurate Shipping Address: If the shipping address provided by you is incorrect.
  2. Partial Product Usage: If you have used the product partially and then wish to return it for a refund.
  3. Dispatched Products: If the product has already been dispatched and is currently in transit.
  4. Non-compliance with Return Policy: If you fail to adhere to our return policy guidelines.
  5. Duplicate Payment: If a customer has inadvertently made duplicate payments for a single transaction, the excess amount will be refunded via the original payment source within 20 working days.
  6. Customized products/made to order products as per the customer’s specifications.

Exchange is permissible in the following scenarios:

  1. Damaged or Opened Products: Products that are delivered in a damaged or opened condition.
  2. Incorrect Product Delivery: In the event of the company delivering the wrong products by mistake.
  3. Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours for review and subsequent exchange. Once the damaged product is received at the concerned department, a replacement will be arranged for delivery back to the customer.
