To maintain your garment, prefer dry cleaning. Iron on low temperature with a pressing cloth. These steps ensure longevity and preserve the garment's quality. Use padded hangers to prevent stretching and distortion of the garment's shape. Please refer to the care label attached to each garment for specific instructions.
To protect your garment during rainy weather, humidity, and heat, we suggest storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use garment bags or covers to shield from dust and humidity.
Order
Orders are typically shipped within 5-10 business days. For made-to-order or custom garments, please allow additional time as specified in the product description.
You can view your order history and track the status of your orders through your account dashboard.
For customization, please note that it's only available on the articles specified as made-to-order. If you're interested in customizing your garment from these collections, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
The typical lead time for made-to-order or custom garments is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and current production schedule. Our team will provide an estimated timeline upon inquiry.
When shopping on Realm by Vaishali you will notice that some styles are available for pre-order. This means you can purchase the product first before it arrives at our warehouse and guarantee your purchase before it sells out! Explore our pre-order collection here.
At the time you place your order, you will be required to pay the full price to secure your pre-order.
Pre-order products are subject to different delivery dates which will display on the product page. Delivery dates are subject to change and our Customer Care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order.

To determine the right size, refer to our size chart provided on the website. For added assurance, you can input your measurements into customization form. You'll be directed to your recommended size for the best fit.
You can register your interest by selecting your desired size and clicking “Notify Me When Available”. We will notify you via email if more stock becomes available.
Depending on the garment and availability we may be able to restock in-demand styles. If the garment has been removed online, in most cases this will not be restocked.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Shipping charges apply and may vary depending on the weight/size of the package and the delivery pincode.
The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Returns items must be sent back in the original packaging and with all tags attached, including shoe boxes and dust bags. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box and satchel. Ensure satchel is secure and attach the pre-paid postage label included in your return confirmation email to the top of the parcel. Send back to our online warehouse via registered post within 3 to 5 days of receiving your order.
We don't provide refunds; however, we offer store credit for the amount excluding shipping costs or size exchanges. Store credit is issued promptly upon receipt of the returned item.
